అసలు విషయం ఏంటంటే తన తండ్రి సురేష్ బాబు రానా ని హీరో గ నిలబెట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నాలు మొదలు పెట్టాడు ,ఆ ప్రయత్నం లో భాగం గానే హను రాఘవపూడి (అందాల రాక్షసి డైరెక్టర్), తో కవచం అనే మాస్ మూవీ ని ప్లాన్ చేసాడు. అయితే బాహుబలి రిలీజ్ అయ్యాకే ఆ సినిమా పట్టాలెక్కచ్చు అని ఇండస్ట్రీ లో టాక్ .. ఎందుకంటే బాహుబలి లో రానా పాత్ర తనకి చాలా కాలంగా రాని సక్సెస్ ని తీసుకు వస్తుంది అని నమ్మకం తో ఉన్నాడు మన రానా బాబు .
Daggubati Rana, elder son of famous Telugu film producer Suresh. Rana came to Telugu film industry as a successor of Daggubati family and acted in several movies in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi as a lead, however, none of them given him a big success. This has been disillusioning to his father (Suresh), as his son is not able to achieve good success in the industry. Now Suresh is planning to elevate his son’s movie career by making a movie with Hanu Raghavapudi (Director of Andala Rakshasi Movie), and the director is busy in giving final shape to the script and will come to sets once Bahuballi movie shooting is completed.
